It's Crockpot Season!
With this winter storm front upon us, what better time for a new slow cooker soup recipe? I found this easy 5 ingredient recipe at thespruceeats.com
I think I have a bag of meatballs in my freezer, so I will be trying this one tomorrow!

Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) bag frozen meatballs, fully cooked
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans condensed beef broth
1 cup water
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans diced tomatoes with herbs, undrained
1 1(16-ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Add all except the mixed veggies in your pot, cook on low for 8 hours then add the frozen veggies during the last hour.
